We did our celebrating for the 4th of July on the 3rd.
Mimi and Papa were gone, and Kyle had to work all day on the 4th so we just had a really fun day...a day early.
First, we started in the pool. It was fun for the kids to play with the cousins, but really fun once Dad got in the pool too.
We had a pizza party, and then it was off to the Riverton parade.
We did a lot of fun snaps when we were waiting for it to start.
This little miss usually doesn't want much to do with me, so it was fun (and a little weird) that she sat here for most of the parade. She had a tight, fist full of candy the whole night.
The kids ate a lot of popsicles! Thankfully it had rained about an hour before the parade, which cooled things down a little (it was still hot).
We figured out pretty quick that you shouldn't give this little miss any candy...because she would immediately throw it back into the street (much to the dismay of all her cousins).
