We had a great time visiting everyone in Utah. Kaden loved playing with all the big kids, but thought Tanner was really cool! We didn't get to stay as long as we'd like, but it was nice.
We had a great time in Disneyland! Kaden was pretty funny to watch. He was shaking with excitement, and was completely thrilled to meet Mickey, Buzz, Woody, and Pluto. He's been singing the "pirates song" (the theme song to Pirates of the Carribean) since we've been home...
While moving some furniture, Kaden decided to sneek off and crawl into the dryer. He thought it was sooooo funny to be like the clothes and get dry. We had a hard time pulling up out and have caught him several times trying to get "dry" when he's helping mom with clothes.
We got a new mattress this week...we pulled the old one out into our front room and let Kaden play. He thought it was funny that it wasn't in our room! He decided that he wanted to watch a movie on the "big boy" bed! (We've started talking about him being in a big boy bed and hope to start the transition in the next few weeks). We sold our old mattress on craig's list and our new one arrived today. Yay.
Its been really nice here the past couple of days and I've had the windows open. I caught Kaden waiting for Daddy on his horse (he does this every night!) YELLING out the window---"DADDY...COMING?....DAAAD...DAD..." It was hillarious. What a funny kid.

Everywhere in nature we are taught the lessons of patience and waiting. We want things a long time before we get them, and the fact that we want them a long time makes them all the more precious when they come.~Joseph F. Smith
