This week we took the boys to the This Is The Place park. We've never been, and it was definitely fun to go and be like the pioneers. Thankfully though, when we were done playing, we got to go back to our modern conveniences!
Both of the boys thought it was fun to wash clothes:
We wrote on chalkboards in school:
Kaden plowed the fields and got a shave:
We panned for gold:
The boys learned some wood working skills in the cabinet shop:
We took a pony ride:
We even took a train ride:
As you can see, we had a great time!

Oh that's a great idea. We've only been at Christmastime and it was crazy busy and super cold. I'm thinking we're gonna have to go check it out this summer. You guys always do such fun things!
I forget how awesome that place is! Thanks for the reminder. We definitely need to put it on our "Summer to do list"
