Ever since we unpacked Kaden's hockey gear, he's been DYING to go skating. He's been talking about it just about every day for weeks. Since we're just down the street from the rec. center, we thought we should go. Last night was the big event.
He did really good for not being on skates for two years. We've got him signed up for skating lessons (starting in January) and he couldn't be more excited!

Just be prepared. I walked in the hallway this morning and I thought "Dang WHAT IS THAT SMELL?" I looked down the stairs and sitting next to the door, no not a dead skunk in a year old litter box. David's hockey gear. Hockey is fun to watch but the smell. Gee, I never quite get used to it.
