So, an update about Bosten's adoption....haven't really talked about it much because there hasn't been a lot to tell. Even though we're still in the middle of a legal mess, we don't have many details. We do know that Bosten's birth father has been convicted and sentenced to jail (it wasn't anywhere near long enough in our opinion!).
However, he's still pursuing action. Everyone tells us that no judge will rule in his favor...but until its done its still a huge concern and worry (and risk).

I'm glad you posted an update about the adoption, I have been wondering about it. Hopefully the judge will see that that sweet little boy clearly belongs with you guys!
